How to Get Rid of Excessive Sweating

Excessive sweating is a common problem for both the young and older generation, so you would think that there are proven cures for the condition. All sufferers don't need me to tell them how embarrassing the condition is, it can crush confidence, ruin social lives and generally control your life.

It's bad enough that you sweat, but when the sweat becomes visible to other people, it's extremely embarrassing, especially if it's a winter day! This makes us anxious because we think people will notice the sweat marks, so this makes us sweat more. It's a vicious circle which can lead to serious anxiety issues which will plaque you for most of your life, so it's vital you know how to cure the condition.

How To Get Rid Of Excessive Sweating

Most of the time you can't cure the condition without the help of surgery or drugs. I don't recommend these practices. So here's some advice for you, that will make your excessive sweat problem, less of a problem! We just talked about visible sweat patches. You can actually make sweat patches less visible if you wear the right clothing. Wear baggy clothing, that allows the air to flow freely around your body keeping you cooler. If you have an odor problem, ensure that you wash yourself at least twice a day. Sweat doesn't smell, it's only when it comes into contact with bacteria on your body does it smell.

Choose a strong antiperspirant. I recommend Driclor or Certain-Dri. You can get these solutions for around $15. These solutions contain aluminum chloride, which blocks up any sweat glands so the sweat can't come through to the surface. You apply these solutions at night time, and wash off in the morning. The only way to get rid of excessive sweating, without the use of surgery or drugs is by using these small fixes.
